Sydney United Volleyball Club is pleased to announce that Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now officially open for the Good Neighbour Canberra Tournament, taking place from 27–29 November 2026.
Following a record-breaking campaign in 2025, the club is set to expand even further in 2026 — with additional team spots now available across multiple divisions. This expansion creates more opportunities than ever before for athletes within the Sydney United community to take part in one of Australia’s premier volleyball events.
🌟 Building on a Record Year
In 2025, Sydney United proudly fielded 13 teams across a wide range of divisions, including:
- Mixed Division
- Premier Men’s
- Men’s Divisions 2, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B
- Women’s Divisions 2 and 3
- Junior Boys (2 teams)
- Junior Girls
This milestone highlighted the club’s continued growth, depth, and commitment to providing structured playing opportunities for athletes of all ages and levels.
📈 Bigger and Better in 2026
With increased capacity for 2026, Sydney United aims to:
- Expand participation across both junior and senior pathways
- Provide more athletes access to high-level competition
- Strengthen club culture through shared tournament experiences
- Continue building a strong presence on the national stage
The Good Neighbour Tournament remains one of the most anticipated events in the Australian volleyball calendar — bringing together clubs from across the country for a weekend of competitive volleyball, connection, and community.
