What an incredible 2 days at Blacktown Disability Sports Centre.

We had a full house of athletes come through, all getting a taste of international-level training led by Taichi Kawaguchi.

From technical breakdowns to high-intensity drills, the standard was clear — detail, discipline, and consistency.

Athletes were pushed out of their comfort zones and challenged to lift their level — exactly what high performance environments demand.
