SYDNEY UNITED VOLLEYBALL – BARCELONA ELITE TRAINING CAMP 2026 🏐

🌍 An Unforgettable International Experience

The Sydney United Volleyball Club successfully completed its first-ever European training tour, participating in the ITW Sport Barcelona Elite Training Camp 2026 — a week of world-class volleyball, culture, and team bonding.

Over five intensive training days, our athletes trained under ITW-certified professional coaches, gaining exposure to international volleyball systems, technical skill refinement, and game analysis sessions. The program featured:

• 9 dedicated training zones (indoor, beach, and gym)

• Comprehensive technical and tactical development

• Strength and conditioning sessions

• Professional physiotherapist and fitness support

• Full video analysis of training and match play

🏨 Living and Training Like Professionals

Athletes stayed at ITW Sport academy residences, where European players live during their competitive season. Training days ran from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by team recovery sessions and group debriefs.

Before and after the camp, players and staff explored the bustling city of Barcelona, visiting famous landmarks, enjoying the local cuisine, and bonding as one united squad.
