Sydney United Volleyball Club successfully delivered the ADP Post-Season Skills Clinic with Coach Azuma Arakaki over 10 weeks at the Five Dock Leisure Centre.
Led by Coach Azuma, a former professional libero in Japan’s S.V. League and Level 3 National Coach in Australia, the program provided athletes with a unique opportunity to refine their technical skills, improve tactical understanding, and sharpen their overall game performance. Supported by Sydney United assistant coaches, athletes trained in a professional and challenging environment that prepared them for future competitions.
💡 Clinic Highlights:
Skill refinement in passing, defensive systems, and advanced libero techniques
Enhanced tactical decision-making through structured drills and live-play application
Development of teamwork, discipline, and game awareness
Every participant received a training shirt & socks to mark their involvement
👏 A big thank you to Coach Azuma, the assistant coaches, and all athletes who dedicated themselves across the 10 sessions. The improvement and effort shown week after week were inspiring, and we’re excited to see this growth transferred onto the court in upcoming competitions.
